Manual Separation and Merging


The software provides the user with the capability to merge and unmerge pages manually. This can be by using one of the options that appear after the user right clicks on a thumbnail under the Session view.

  • Move current page up – Merges a page to the document/page above and also re-arranges multi-page documents;
  • Move current page down – Merges a page to the document/page below and re-arranges multi-page documents;
  • Move current page to a new document – Splits a document;
  • Append current page to previous document – Appends the current page to the previous document;
  • Append current page to next document – Appends the current page to the next document;
  • Merge current document to previous document - Merges the entire document to the previous one. Will merge entire multi-page documents.
