Workflow configuration¶
To configure the system’s workflow, please check Configuration section in the Admin panel.
Process Module Settings¶
Here you can enable or disable process steps. For example if you don’t need to classify documents, uncheck Classification.
Bypassing manual verification¶
Bypassing Class Verify¶
If all the documents in a batch have been classified with high confidence, the batch will go directly to the next step in the workflow, whithout an operator having to manually verify the classification. To define the confidence threshold set Classification confidence threshold in Document Type configuration
Bypassing Data Verify¶
If all the documents in a batch :
have all their required fields automatically populated
or don’t have a form (DFD) associated with their document type
the batch will go directly to the next step in the workflow, whithout an operator having to manually verify the captured data.
Timeouts¶
Configure various system timeouts from Configuration section in the Admin panel.
