Advanced Settings

Smart OCR allows you to tune almost all aspects of its functionality.

The settings are separated in three main categories:

  • General settings - With these settings can customize different aspects of Smart OCR user interface and functionality.
  • Load settings - Use these settings in order to configure the performed actions on loading files or scanning paper documents.
  • Save settings - These settings can be used to configure the saving process of recognized images. You can individually tune each output format.

All of the above settings are organized in Smart OCR Settings dialog. You can display this dialog by choosing Settings... from Image menu, from Text menu, from context menu of Document Panel, from context menu of Image View or simply using the shortcut combination Alt+S.
