2014, March 03 – SmartSoft, a leading developer of OCR software introduces a multi-page processing facility to its invoice processing automation program SmartSoft Invoices .

SmartSoft Invoices now successfully processes multi-page invoice documents due to the program’s ability to recognize and group pages, pertaining to the same invoice. All items of the multi-page invoice merge together in one table and constitute to one common total amount. When exported to image format, such as PDF, the invoice includes all relating pages in one document. In rare cases when the program hasn’t grouped the pages together, the user can do that manually by right-clicking on the document page they want to manipulate and choosing the appropriate option from a drop-down menu.

SmartSoft Invoices is an automated solution for scanning and processing of invoices, specifically targeting the accounts payable department.
